Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19, we have experienced international delivery delays in all destinations due to flight cancellations. As a result, delivery times may be longer than expected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay and thank you for your sincere support and understanding.

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (+ any holidays)

Usually takes 7-10 business days.

Shipping time is estimated from the date of shipment, not the order date, and may be longer than estimated due to remote destinations, invalid addresses, customs procedures, or other reasons. (Note: please note that any additional costs incurred due to address changes will be borne by the customer.)


  1. After the goods arrive at the destination country/region, taxes and fees may be incurred. Please follow the local customs policies. Please cooperate with the customs clearance work in a timely manner. If the customer fails to cooperate with the customs clearance work in a timely manner, the consequences shall be borne by the customer.

  2. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. Once the goods are shipped, the recipient will be responsible for any additional costs incurred (including but not limited to address modification fees, return shipping fees, and taxes).

  3. The shipping cost is calculated based on the general address for the package. If your shipping address is located in a remote area that is certified by logistics/cargo agents, additional fees that cannot be calculated directly from the order may apply. In this case, our customer service will contact you and communicate with you.
