Return And Refund

  If you have placed an order for purchase from the Leoxz authorized distributor store, please contact your original seller.


We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.

If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund (based on the actual amount received from your original payment).

If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.



We accept returns within 7 days after delivery. Customers have the right to return the product within 7 days after delivery:

Our policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping cost for returns

We do not support returns and refunds caused by human factors. If the problem is caused by the consumer, we can only repair it and the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.

If the goods you ship exceed $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not bear the shipping cost.
