We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or prior to production.

If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

 

Return

We accept returns within 7 days. The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days of delivery:

Our policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please ask our customer service to make sure you send your package to the correct address.

 

Return Shipping

We do not support human-caused returns, exchanges and refunds. If the problem is caused by the consumer, we can only repair it for you, and the freight will be borne by the consumer. The specific cost should depend on the courier company you choose.

If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If, due to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.

There are no restocking fees charged to consumers for returned products.

 

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be automatically credited to the balance of your original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact the company of the payment method you are using and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.
